BEFORE WE GET STARTED

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Something specific to your workflow?

Let's talk it through
What am I buying: software, a template, or a service?

An implementation service. We agree on one workflow, configure it in the agreed tools, test it with you, and hand over the operating guide. The catalog gives you a defined starting scope. Custom development covers work that needs a different build.

What is included in the setup price?

The starting setup price covers the agreed configuration, acceptance tests, documentation, one handover session, and a 14-day correction window for delivered-scope defects. Your written scope confirms the integrations, volumes, dependencies, and final price before work begins.

Is ongoing care required?

No. Optional care covers monitoring, incident triage, and minor changes within an agreed allowance. Vendor subscriptions, AI usage, phone minutes, and new features are separate. Without care, your team takes responsibility for operation and maintenance after handover and the correction window.

Will this work with my existing tools?

We check your tools, account permissions, and available connections before confirming scope. Google Workspace, a CRM, or a calendar may be part of the setup, but compatibility depends on your account and workflow. Unusual integrations can move into a custom project.

How much control does my team keep?

You approve the workflow, messages, data sources, and escalation rules. We use customer-owned accounts where supported and document access and handover. The agreement explains rights to custom deliverables, reusable components, and third-party tools.

Can the AI make mistakes?

Yes. Each scope defines what is checked, what needs human approval, and what happens when a tool fails. Briefs include sources, content stays in review, and unsupported calls follow an agreed handoff. Your team remains responsible for business decisions.

How long does implementation take?

We confirm a delivery window after checking your accounts, data, and requirements. Custom Automation Sprints are typically scoped for 3-4 weeks; Integrated Systems for 6-8 weeks. These are planning windows, dependent on agreed scope, access, and timely approvals.

What does Pilot mean?

A pilot begins with a feasibility check and a limited, supervised test. Source permissions, output quality, or local phone routing may need validation before a wider rollout. We agree on test criteria and availability before accepting an implementation.
