Connect the tools your team already uses, build an internal application, or bring a wider process into one system. Start with a clear plan, then build against a scope you can evaluate.
A few examples of what we can assess in Discovery. The delivery scope follows your actual requirements.
Connected operations
Move an approved deal from your CRM into onboarding. Route a document to the right reviewer. Send an exception back to the person who can resolve it. Define the handoffs between your tools and the people who use them.
CRM-to-operations handoffs
Approval and document-review workflows
Custom connections to supported APIs
A focused view for your team
Give operators a place to review pending work, inspect activity, and handle exceptions. A small internal application can sit alongside the tools you already have, with the access rules and actions your process needs.
Internal queues and operator views
Role-based approvals and activity records
Human review of AI-assisted outputs
A PLAN, THEN A BUILD
A defined place to start.
Choose a budget range for the conversation. Discovery determines the final scope and proposal.
Start with a plan
Discovery
$750 from
Turn a complicated workflow into a clear, costed build plan before committing to development.
Starting prices in USD, before tax. Discovery is separately paid. Hosting, vendor usage, and ongoing care are extra. Timelines depend on scope, access, and timely approvals; larger requirements receive a separate proposal.
HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
Make the next step concrete.
01
Map the task
Describe the users, systems, current process, and result you need. We check fit and identify the questions Discovery must answer.
02
Agree on the build
Review a written scope with dependencies, deliverables, milestones, and acceptance criteria. Resolve the unknowns before the build deposit.
03
Test and hand over
See the system work against the agreed cases, review exceptions with your team, and receive the operating documentation and access handover.
BEFORE THE BUILD
Questions worth answering early.
How do I know which package fits?
Start with the task, users, and tools involved. We assess whether a catalog implementation covers it. When the process needs custom development, Discovery maps the dependencies and produces a costed proposal. The final deliverables determine the appropriate package.
Is Discovery included in the build price?
Discovery is a separately paid planning engagement starting at $750. It produces a process map, feasibility review, acceptance plan, and proposal. Its fee is not automatically credited toward development, and buying Discovery does not oblige you to commission a build.
What happens if the scope changes?
A new integration, workflow branch, user role, or material increase in volume is reviewed before work proceeds. We agree on the price and schedule impact in writing. Starting package prices do not cover unlimited revisions or an undefined application.
Will we own the accounts and delivered work?
We use customer-owned accounts where supported and document access during handover. The agreement distinguishes your custom deliverables from reusable Virekto components and third-party software. Ownership and license terms are made explicit before development.
What is outside these starting packages?
A full multi-tenant SaaS product, native mobile applications, complex legacy migrations, formal certifications, and regulated decision systems need separate assessment. Hosting, vendor usage, ongoing feature development, and after-hours human support are also separate unless your agreement includes them.
How is the work accepted?
The proposal records example inputs, expected outputs, failure cases, dependencies, and acceptance criteria. We demonstrate the agreed tests with your team and complete the documented handover. Milestones, payment terms, and any ongoing care are defined in the service agreement.
