THE STARTING SCOPE

Know what you are getting.

Appointment-based businesses testing overflow or after-hours reception, with clear booking rules and a person or voicemail destination for escalation.

Included in your implementation

  • One inbound number, one location, one English-language configuration, and one calendar.
  • Approved business FAQs, booking rules, callback details, and structured call summaries.
  • AI disclosure, a human handoff, and an agreed fallback when a provider is unavailable.
  • A 50-call test plan covering routine questions, booking failures, and unsupported requests.
  • A usage plan initially sized around 1,000 connected minutes per month; minutes cost extra.

What we need from you

  • A suitable phone provider, tested local number or forwarding route, and calendar access.
  • Opening hours, approved FAQs, booking constraints, and staffed escalation contacts.
  • Agreed caller disclosure, recording and transcription settings, and retention rules.

Outside the starting scope

  • No emergency triage, medical or financial advice, payment collection, or outbound campaigns.
  • Additional languages and locations require separate configuration and testing.
  • Telephone charges, connected minutes, and staffed after-hours support are not included.

We confirm account compatibility, volume limits, and the delivery window before work begins. A written scope defines acceptance and any additional work. Scope reviewed September 19, 2026.

FROM REQUEST TO HANDOVER

How your workflow takes shape.

  1. Map the call

We define the questions it can answer, the bookings it may make, and the situations that must reach a person.

  2. Test the edge cases

Run the agreed 50-call matrix, test calendar conflicts, and confirm that a booking is announced only after the calendar accepts it.

  3. Pilot a limited route

Begin with an agreed overflow or after-hours route. Review call outcomes and transfer failures before considering a wider rollout.

AFTER IMPLEMENTATION

Your workflow. A clear handover.

Access and ownership

We use customer-owned accounts where supported. Your agreement records data access, retention, the rights to delivered work, and any third-party restrictions. Handover covers the operating guide, agreed access, and the steps your team needs to run the workflow.

Care on your terms

Setup includes a 14-day correction window for delivered-scope defects. Optional care covers monitoring and minor changes within a written allowance during Philippine business hours. Care can end for the following billing cycle under the agreed notice terms. Without it, your team operates and maintains the workflow.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before we get started.

Discuss your requirements
Can I use my existing business number?

Possibly. We check your number, carrier, forwarding options, and caller locations before confirming feasibility. Number availability and transfer behavior must be tested for the actual route.

Are call minutes included in monthly care?

No. Optional care starts at $249 per month. At an illustrative $185 monthly budget for voice, telephony, and workflow tools, recurring spend would total $434 before tax. This is a planning example, not a carrier quote or included allowance.

Will callers know they are speaking with AI?

Yes. The call introduction identifies the AI assistant. Recording settings and permissions are handled separately. We agree on retention and a human route before the pilot, with a delivery date confirmed after telephony checks.
