Service businesses and marketing teams with a library of original articles, explainers, or video transcripts and a person responsible for final editorial approval.
Included in your implementation
- One brand kit, one short-video template, and one carousel template.
- Draft captions, editable text, exportable media, and one review destination.
- A ten-source acceptance batch to check rendering and editorial fit.
- A scope of up to 12 approved source items per month, each producing up to two drafts.
- Documented approval steps, template instructions, and a handover session.
What we need from you
- Source material you own or have permission to reuse, plus approved brand assets.
- Brand examples, factual claims, preferred formats, and a named editorial reviewer.
- Accounts for the agreed rendering and review tools, with a usage budget.
Outside the starting scope
- Filming, custom animation, purchased media, and ongoing editorial production are separate.
- A public URL does not establish reuse rights; inaccessible content needs an authorized file.
- Direct publishing requires separate compatibility checks and platform approvals.

We test ten source items for missing assets, clipped text, and export quality. Your team receives usable files and retains the final publishing decision.

Access and ownership
We use customer-owned accounts where supported. Your agreement records data access, retention, the rights to delivered work, and any third-party restrictions. Handover covers the operating guide, agreed access, and the steps your team needs to run the workflow.
Care on your terms
Setup includes a 14-day correction window for delivered-scope defects. Optional care covers monitoring and minor changes within a written allowance during Philippine business hours. Care can end for the following billing cycle under the agreed notice terms. Without it, your team operates and maintains the workflow.

Will this publish automatically to my social accounts?
The starting scope exports approved files and captions. An approved scheduler or direct-publishing connection can be assessed separately. Your team's approval remains part of the workflow.
What does ongoing production cost?
Optional care starts at $199 per month. Rendering, models, licensed assets, and subscriptions are separate. With an illustrative $75 monthly tool budget, total recurring spend would be $274 before tax. Final costs depend on formats, volume, and revisions.
Is this a content strategy or editing service?
It is a configured drafting workflow. Your team supplies approved source material and owns editorial decisions. We confirm pilot timing after reviewing your assets and sample outputs; custom creative work receives a separate quote.
